Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours from your appointment start time will require 25% of your service balanced being charged. No refunds, or exceptions. No Shows, Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time, and Arriving 15+minutes late with no communication results in a “same day cancellation appointment” and is subject to 100% cancellation fee. Deposits are forfeited for any same day cancellations, reschedules/cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time, and no shows.
